Games
- Reminder we have games this Sunday 11 August v Pine Rivers at Stafford, so we will need scorers please.
- Games are all at normal times 8.00am for 10's, 9.00am for 12's. 10.00am for 14's and 11.00am for 17's.
Please
arrive 20 minutes early, and as usual if you are unable to make it or are
running late, please advise your manager or myself.
Training
will also be as normal next Monday 12 August 5.30-7.00 and 7.00-8.30.
Committee
meeting
- Next committee meeting is scheduled for Monday 19 August. Suggest 6.45pm so suits both 10/12 and 14/17 parents.
Everyone
is welcome to come along, its not just for committee members. I will send out
an agenda shortly, but to get everyone thinking, these are some of the matters
suggested for discussion. If you are unable to make it but would like to input
please talk to me or another committee member about your ideas before the
meeting:
- branding
of club, including jerseys and pants
- summer
season starting in school term 4 and integration with the skills
clinic/Saturday in-house session and participants (ie how do people want to
train/play from next Term, how do we start to transition new in-house players
as they become skilled to join the competition in 2014)
- committee/club
positions - getting broader involvement and shared positions to spread the
load, identify focussed tasks that people could take on and encourage
involvement prior to the AGM (so people get a feel for what its all about)
